Terms of use
What Sahi is, and what each side undertakes.
These are the terms on which a firm and its advisors use Sahi Capital. Signing in is agreeing to them. They are written to be read, not skimmed. Last revised 16 September 2026.
What Sahi is
A tool for wealth advisors. It reads the statements a firm brings in, values each family’s book against the principles that family declared, and shows the advisor what has drifted and who needs attention. It prints a review the family can keep.
What Sahi is not
- Not advice. Sahi states arithmetic: what is held, what was declared, and the distance between them. It does not recommend a fund, a sale, a purchase or an allocation. Every decision about a family’s money is the advisor’s, and the advisor’s alone.
- Not a broker, a distributor or a custodian. Sahi holds no exchange, AMC, RTA or bank credential and cannot place an order, move money or hold a unit. Nothing done in Sahi changes a family’s holdings anywhere.
- Not a regulated intermediary. Sahi is software. Whatever registration, licence or conduct rules apply to the advisor or the firm apply to them, not through Sahi and not instead of it.
Who may use it
Advisors invited by a firm’s partner, and partners invited by Sahi. There is no sign-up. An advisor must be of age and entitled, under whatever rules govern them, to see the client data their firm holds. A firm is responsible for whom it invites and for ending their access when they leave.
Your account
Sign-in is by a code sent to the advisor’s email; there is no password. The advisor is responsible for that mailbox and for every action taken in a session signed in from it. Sessions end by themselves after an hour idle or twelve hours in all, and any session can be ended from Settings. A sign-in must not be shared.
Your firm’s data
- It is yours. The clients, notes, principles and books a firm brings into Sahi belong to the firm. Sahi processes them only to provide the service, as the privacy notice describes, and claims no other right in them.
- You have the authority to bring it. A firm that imports a family’s statement warrants that it is entitled to hold and process that family’s data, and that the family knows their advisor uses a tool to do so.
- It leaves with you. When a firm stops using Sahi, its data is deleted, as the privacy notice describes.
What you undertake
To use Sahi only for the firm’s own advisory work; not to use it to see data that is not your firm’s; not to probe, scrape, overload or interfere with it; and not to copy it or build on it other than by using it. Sahi may end the access of anyone who does.
Accuracy
Sahi’s figures come from the statements a firm brings in and from public price sources, and are only as complete and as current as those are. A statement that is a month old shows a book that is a month old, and Sahi says so on every page. An advisor must check what matters before acting on it. Sahi is provided as it is, without a warranty that it is free of error or always available.
Liability
Sahi is not liable for an investment decision, for a loss in a family’s book, or for a consequence of acting on a figure without checking it. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to what the firm has paid Sahi in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud.
Changes and ending
Sahi will change: features arrive and some go. A change to these terms is made on this page, with the date at the top, and a firm that keeps using Sahi after a change accepts it. Either side can end the arrangement at any time: a firm by writing to say so, Sahi by notice to the firm’s partner.
